Located adjacent to Nelson’s Dockyard, this proposal for Galleon Beach redevelops the existing resort into 126 premium hotel rooms.  Intended as a five star resort, the density has been kept very low.  The rooms are arranged in two storey, 6 room pavilions that are arranged so that all rooms get unobstructed beach views.
