Working closely with Pioneer Energy and MC3 Global Retail, this new formal automotive service centre incorporates a retail store and a Tim Horton’s. As a renovation to an existing building, the City of Mississauga’s urban design goal of pedestrian friendly street retail was achieved with the introduction of a patio that fronts onto Lakeshore Road.
