The much anticipated LRT is the catalyst for this new residential development on King Street East at the Ottawa Street station. Currently under construction, Main Street Lofts will be the first building guided by the City of Hamilton’s new transit oriented zoning.  Ground floor commercial will address the street orientation, with a small number of parking spaces hidden behind.  Six residential floors above will accommodate 75 apartment units, with the upper two floors stepped back from the residential neighbourhood to the south.
