This 3-floor heritage apartment building, circa 1914, underwent an intense reconstruction design.  The building was redesigned to reflect and restore this beautiful heritage building to it's original design grandeur.  It  was one of the earliest apartment buildings, and it's design was soon emulated throughout the city of Hamilton.
