The Chelsea building at 24 Augusta Street integrates seamlessly with its surrounding context by reflecting the city's industrial heritage with its brick facade, complementing the architectural vernacular of the nearby Corktown and Durand neighbourhoods. Its modern design enhances the vibrant Augusta Street restaurant district while adding to the area's urban charm.  The building is the recipient of the 2025 City of Hamilton Urban Design and Architecture Private Buildings Mixed Use Award of Excllence.
