The Landing is a 84 unit residential condominium currently under construction on the site of a former municipal airport. The site is close to highway 403 in Brantford, and on the edge of a mid century single-family home neighbourhood.  The building responds to the context by the use of pitched roofs over projected balconies and a stepping down in massing to transition to the neighbouring single family homes.
