This LEED Certified building features a compact two-storey form, central light-filled gymnasium with surrounding glazed corridors and classroom walls, superior building envelope, highly efficient mechanical system and unique electrical systems that include classroom energy monitoring and light-harvesting. The building is the recipient of the 2011 City of Hamilton Urban Design and Architecture Award of Merit in Architecture & Sustainability.
