Located at the north-west corner of King William Street and Hughson Street North, Templar Flats is a 2,450 square metre low-rise, mixed-use infill and renovation project.  For public safey, the decaying Templar building was torn down, leaving a gaping hole in the middle along King William.  Templar Flats infills and ties together the adjacent buildings in the development, providing new code compliant exit stairs, elevator and other contemporary infrastructure for new residential and restaurant suites.  Templar Flats is clad in limestone facade that integrates into the existing fabric.  The development provides 25 high quality rental suites and 3 restaurant spaces at grade level.
